Philanthropy

Giving back to our community (and beyond!) has been a mantra at Janus Galleries since our inception in 1985. A healthy percentage of every sale made by our loyal clients goes back to a myriad of non-profits. Last year alone, we gave over $100,000, either in cash, artwork for fundraisers and silent auctions, or providing art to public buildings, from a single piece to entire buildings. We have created beautiful environments for Access Community Health, Literacy Network, Madison Opera, Gilda’s Club, The Goodman-Atwood Community Center, UW Health Emotions Clinic, Planned Parenthood Clinics in Madison and Green Bay, Agrace Hospice, the YWCA  and others. We are currently working on providing beautiful art for Madison College, Porchlight and others.

Janus Galleries is very fortunate to be part of this vital and wonderful community, and are happy to be giving back. We are especially grateful to our clients who help make this happen. Should you have any questions about helping with this endeavor, or how your organization can be a recipient, please contact Peter Lundberg at the gallery at janus@janusgalleries.com, or by calling 608-271-2222.
